Trending: The Micro Bag


There’s a very specific freedom in carrying a purse that fits no more than a credit card or two. The micro bag: it's a sartorial ‘je m’en fou’ to the extraneous material possessions we haul around our day-to-day. The three tubes of lipstick I packed because I couldn’t settle on a single shade; the Kindle and paperback novel I crammed into my tote just in case; my work Blackberry, my personal iPhone, and, of course, chargers for each-- I am now unburdened from all of them because, guess what, they just don’t fit into my beloved mini GV3. Jacquemus’ iteration, ‘Le Sac Chiquito,’ doesn’t even have the space for a standard smartphone. And, honestly, I can’t think of anything more blissfully chic than that.
